Job Summary
RN Supervisor oversees medication delivery and treatments and supervises RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable; conducts required admission and routine resident assessments; monitors resident conditions and responds to changes to ensure safety, comfort, and continuity of care; supports activities of daily living; maintains clear, timely documentation; communicates effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families; adheres to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
