Job Summary
Lead weekend nursing coverage at Hickory Creek at Franklin, conducting thorough assessments, managing medications, and documenting resident condition changes. Promote physical and psychosocial well-being by creating a comforting atmosphere, fostering teamwork, and collaborating with facility staff to ensure coordinated care. Maintain a respectful work environment while supporting the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Requires a valid Indiana RN license with proficient medication management skills and a passion for geriatric nursing. Required Qualifications
