RN WEEKEND SUPERVISOR (84476)

RN Weekend Supervisor responsible for supporting quality resident care in a skilled nursing facility. Duties include observing and documenting resident condition, ensuring care plans are implemented, administering medications, conducting rounds with physicians and documenting visits, performing narcotic reconciliation, identifying changes in resident condition and taking appropriate action, supervising aides, initiating incident/accident reports, discharging residents per policy, completing nursing assessments prior to physician calls, and communicating with residents’ contacts about status changes. Requires active Texas RN license and completion of an accredited RN program; prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Weekend supervision and resident-care focus are central to the role.
