Job Summary
RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor leads nursing staff on Saturday and Sunday 7A-7P, supervising unit operations, conducting daily rounds, and ensuring residents receive appropriate care. Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve quality of care and resident outcomes, coordinates with other departments, maintains accurate records, and addresses issues during weekend shifts. Requires active Virginia RN or LPN licensure and 1+ year of healthcare experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills for a fast-paced rehabilitation/long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Virginia
- Ability to work a 7A-7P weekend shift
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care facility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
