Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Option at Riverwalk Village. Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff while promoting physical and psychosocial well-being. Responsibilities include creating a comforting, engaging environment; leading teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs; collaborating with nursing and facility teams for coordinated resident care; and utilizing strong interpersonal communication to support a respectful, positive work environment. Requires current Indiana RN license, medication management proficiency, and ability to conduct thorough assessments with accurate documentation. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff
