Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, manage medications, and document resident condition changes while promoting physical and psychosocial well-being. Provide a supportive, comforting presence to foster meaningful relationships with residents and staff. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, leading teamwork toward excellent senior care outcomes. Work nights from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM as a Registered Nurse with a valid Indiana license. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
