Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while managing medications for seniors. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by creating a comforting atmosphere and building meaningful relationships with life stories. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating leadership within the care team to exceed resident needs. Maintain a respectful work environment through strong interpersonal communication and adherence to C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Requires a current Indiana RN license and proficiency in geriatric nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
