Job Summary
Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by developing meaningful relationships through their life stories and staff. Create a comforting atmosphere using proficient medication management skills while conducting thorough assessments and accurately documenting changes in resident conditions. Lead the nursing and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive senior care that exceeds resident needs. Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence in all interactions with residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
