Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while managing medications for seniors at Riverwalk Village. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by creating a comforting, engaging atmosphere and fostering meaningful relationships through life story sharing. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care that exceeds resident needs, demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Requires a current Indiana RN license with proficiency in geriatric nursing and medication management.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
