Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Step-Down ICU will provide direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge during part-time night shifts (7pm-7am) on weekends. Responsibilities include working closely with an interdisciplinary team to care for high acuity patients with diagnoses such as septic and respiratory compromised conditions. The role is primarily focused on meeting the needs of patients and collaborating effectively within the team. The position offers premium pay for weekend shifts and eligibility for up to $15K in bonuses for experienced external candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire)
