Job Summary
Provide direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge in the 32-bed Progressive Care Unit. Function as an on-shift team member managing high-acuity populations with diagnoses including CHF, dysrhythmias, DKA, and sepsis while performing specialized procedures. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. Requires current Indiana or compact state RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification. Schedule includes weekend-only nights (7pm-7am) for 24 hours weekly. Sign-on bonus available for experienced external candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider
- ACLS Certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- Work every weekend
- Nights (7pm-7am)
- Part-time (24 Hours Weekly)
- Post offer, pre-employment drug testing
