Job Summary
Direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge in an ER/Urgent Care setting. Functions as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and coworkers in a hybrid ER/urgent care environment. Requires current RN license (Indiana or compact), nursing program graduate, BLS, PALS within 12 months, ACLS within 12 months, NIH Stroke Scale certification within 10 weeks. Weekend-only, part-time, day shift. Experience in emergency care and ability to collaborate with on-site imaging and laboratory services. Equal employment opportunity employer; drug-free workplace.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required
- PALS required within 12 months of hire
- ACLS required within 12 months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 10 weeks of hire
- Previous ER experience preferred
