Job Summary
Lead weekend nursing supervision by promoting resident well-being through supportive presence, thorough assessments, and accurate documentation of condition changes. Manage medication administration while fostering teamwork and collaboration across nursing and facility units to exceed resident care needs. Maintain a respectful work environment that aligns with C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
