Job Summary
Provide patient care in the Cardiac ICU using the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability for the care of assigned patients. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties in alignment with Mercy’s mission and values. Night shift, full-time scheduling (36 hours/week) with sign-on bonuses for experienced and new graduate nurses.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma or BSN
- Licensure: Current Missouri RN license or compact licensure
- Certifications: BLS certification through AHA or to be completed within 30 days of hire
- Experience: Hospital experience preferred and may be required depending on unit
