Job Summary
Coordinate and implement Home Health/Hospice operations while serving as a clinical resource for caregivers and departmental leaders. Develop departmental policy, ensure compliance, and monitor key financial indicators. Provide oversight and support within an interdisciplinary team, managing delegated duties and maintaining excellent communication and documentation skills. Requires a current RN license, minimum two years of Home Health/Hospice experience, and a BSN preferred. Full-time weekend schedule from Friday 0900-2130 through Sunday 0800-2030.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in the applicable state of practice
- Licensed driver
- CPR certification
- Excellent observation skills
- Good nursing assessment skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner
- Good time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
- Flexibility and cooperation in fulfilling role obligations
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 2 years Home Health/Hospice experience
- Supervisory experience
