Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and implement Home Health/Hospice operations while serving as a clinical resource for caregivers. Provide oversight and development of departmental policy, compliance, and key financial indicators to departmental leaders. Work full-time with a Friday 0900-2130 schedule, rotating to Saturday and Sunday 0800-2030 shifts. Requires current RN license, 2+ years in Home Health/Hospice, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in the applicable state of practice
- Licensed driver
- CPR certification
- Excellent observation
- Good nursing assessment
- Communication skills
- Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner
- Good time management
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
- Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 2 years Home Health/Hospice experience
- Supervisory experience
