Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and implement Home Health/Hospice operations while serving as a clinical resource for caregivers and departmental leaders. Assume delegated duties, oversee departmental policy and compliance, and track key financial indicators. Work full-time on Fridays and weekends at the Saint Louis location. Requires current RN license, two years of Home Health/Hospice experience, and a driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in the applicable state of practice
- Licensed driver
- CPR certification
- Excellent observation skills
- Good nursing assessment skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner
- Good time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
- Flexibility and cooperation in fulfilling role obligations
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
- Minimum of 2 years Home Health/Hospice experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Supervisory experience
