RN, WEEKEND-HOSPICE

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in their homes, promoting positive patient outcomes and providing palliative care to terminally ill patients and their families. Responsibilities include maintaining professional knowledge, assuring quality of care, adhering to infection-control policies, documenting care services, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Must possess strong leadership, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role involves direct supervision of Home Health Aides, and participation in continuous quality improvement efforts.
