Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in home health settings, ensuring quality of care and adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include documenting patient care, maintaining inventory, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing direct supervision of Home Health Aides. Requires a degree from an accredited Nursing Program and a current RN license in Pennsylvania. Preferred candidates will have experience in medical/surgical nursing and training in IV and phlebotomy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance
- Valid Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in medical/surgical nursing or other healthcare related field
- IV and phlebotomy training
- Certification in an applicable area
- Experience in Healthcare setting
Additional Requirements
- Must comply with federal regulations and accrediting bodies
- Scheduled based on operational need (rotate shifts, standby, on-call, etc.)
