RN Weekend Float - Madison Hospital Central Staffing - FT - 1st Shift

Maintain established standards of care by assessing patient needs, prioritizing care, planning and delegating tasks, and evaluating responses to treatment. Remain accountable for patient care outcomes during the assigned shift while utilizing knowledge of all equipment and materials required for procedures. Operate independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills, ensuring department-specific competencies are completed within the provisional period. Current Alabama or Multistate nursing license required with BLS obtained in orientation and ACLS within six months.
