Job Summary
Assess patient needs and priorities, plan and delegate care, and evaluate patient responses to ensure expected outcomes are met during the assigned shift. Maintain established standards of care, policies, and goals while remaining accountable for all patient care delivered. Requires current Alabama or multi-state nursing license, BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on population. New RN graduates accepted. Full-time, first shift weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Current Alabama or Multi-state Nursing License
- BLS for Healthcare Providers
- ACLS, PALS, or NRP
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Prioritizing and changing tasks frequently
