RN Weekend - 5NE Medical Unit - FT - 3rd Shift

Maintain established standards of care by administering professional nursing care, assessing patient needs and priorities, and planning delegated care based on those assessments. Evaluate patient responses to care and track progress toward expected outcomes while remaining accountable for all outcomes delivered during the assigned shift. Ensure current Alabama or multi-state nursing license is held, with BLS obtained during orientation and ACLS, PALS, or NRP for critical care areas. New RN graduates are accepted, provided they possess excellent communication skills to work independently in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent task prioritization. Complete department-specific competencies within the provisional period.
