RN Weekend- 4F Med/Surg, Full Time, Days

Complete nursing assessments and medication reconciliation for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients during admission, transfer, and discharge. Plan, direct, and evaluate individualized care while collaborating with the treatment team to maintain an accurate interdisciplinary plan. Document patient conditions, interventions, and responses continuously, and perform venipuncture and safe medication administration per hospital policy. Provide education to patients and significant others based on developmental factors and address barriers to learning. Adhere to all policies to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, while demonstrating problem-solving skills and taking initiative for additional education. Functions as a preceptor and mentor; CPR certification required. Full-time days shift with weekend coverage.
