RN - Webster Medical Center - Full Time

Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate treatment, and coordinate patient assessment, education, and triage across the continuum of care. Practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association standards. Manage patients through preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up while maintaining required department competencies and certifications. Work on the Medical/Surgical unit in a newly remodeled 25-bed facility with 12-hour rotating shifts, offering flexible self-scheduling and weekend differentials.
