Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to residents, ensuring the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained. You will lead a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to optimize care for residents, adhering to company, federal, state, and local standards and regulations. The role requires a current and unencumbered RN license, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required. Strong knowledge of relevant nursing practices and guidelines is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
Desired Qualifications
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
- Experience with PointClickCare
