RN (VS) - PD (Med/Surg)

RN (VS) - PD (Med/Surg) provides nursing care using the nursing process for a designated group of residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation; collaborates with physicians and health team members; uses leadership and clinical judgment to coordinate resident care and direct/delegate activities of the care team (LPN, CAN, Unit Secretary); performs comprehensive patient assessments across physiologic and psychosocial domains, develops and implements care plans, administers medications safely, documents care, participates in discharge planning and referrals, and provides patient/family education.
