Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Requires current unrestricted RN licensure, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
