Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect wounds to deliver appropriate treatments. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role offers truly flexible scheduling with no overtime required and includes daily pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Active driver's license and reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
