Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and inspect wounds or assist with personal hygiene. Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Requires current unrestricted RN licensure, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license. Located in South Hills with flexible scheduling options including weekends and PRN.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Active driver's license
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
