RN Visit Nurse - Home Health

Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications including insulin and IV fluids, and care for wounds and personal hygiene. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role supports a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to clients in the Coraopolis - North Hills area. Flexible scheduling options are available for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.
