RN - Virtual Nursing Operations, On-Site, FT or PT Nights

Conduct remote patient assessments to collect data on physical, psychosocial, and health history while collaborating with bedside nurses and care teams to coordinate patient-centered care. Anticipate and alter plans of care as needed, mobilize resources, and actively coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach. Promote safety by identifying threats to patient harm and intervene to prevent injury, while maintaining therapeutic relationships with patients and families throughout the healthcare continuum. Complete required meetings, educational programs, and annual competencies promptly. This on-site role at Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta involves night shifts (5:00 PM–6:00 PM start) and weekend rotations, requiring Georgia RN licensure and two years of direct hospital patient care experience.
