RN - Virtual Nursing Operations, On-Site, FT or PT Nights

Perform remote patient assessments to collect data on physical, psychosocial, and health history while collaborating with bedside nurses and care teams. Anticipate and alter care plans as needed, coordinate discharge strategies using an interdisciplinary approach, and actively promote safety by identifying threats to prevent patient harm. Include patients and families in care planning to develop therapeutic relationships and address individual learning needs. Maintain standards of practice within organizational policies and complete annual competencies. Requires Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, two years of hospital patient care experience, and preferred telemedicine or Epic EMR skills. Full-time or part-time night shifts starting between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM with weekend rotations.
