Job Summary
RN-Inpatient-ABQ responsible for using the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift, prioritizing direct nursing care and efficient use of time/resources within a standards-based framework. Educational and career development options available, including tuition and certification reimbursement. 12-hour night shifts in Albuquerque, NM, with 0.90 FTE. Requires an Associates degree in Nursing and NM or Compact-state nursing licensure; certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS as applicable by unit. EPIC electronic charting system and comprehensive benefits package are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing required
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- Degree from accredited nursing program preferred
- Required Certification from either AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross
- BLS: All RN roles
- ACLS: Emergency Department, Critical Care, Cardiovascular Lab, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Progressive Care, Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
- NRP: Family Birthing Center, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Mother/Baby Care
- PALS: Children Services, Cardiovascular Lab, Emergency Department, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
