Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs, suggest solutions to patient care problems and complaints, and identify recommendations for departmental issues. Coordinate teaching plans based on patient and family learning needs while assisting in assessing departmental function and productivity to recommend necessary changes. Maintain active Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification to support the provider's practice and clinic efforts. This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates with hourly pay ranging from $29 to $52.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
