Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for urology patients while documenting nursing care and teaching consistent with guidelines. Develop individualized patient plans of care, facilitate discharge planning, and serve as a patient advocate by communicating with the health care team to ensure continuity. Provide evidence-based nursing care, initiate discharge planning, and participate in ongoing process improvement activities through clinical paths and quality initiatives. Work Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until 12 p.m., as a Registered Nurse at Corewell Health South – Lakeland Hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree Nursing LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
