Job Summary
Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on shift while administering medications and making rounds to ensure safe, clean environments. Assist in developing comprehensive care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and respond to resident emergency calls. Encourage restorative care to maximize resident independence and share on-call duties with designated staff. Ensure proper equipment function and attend assigned in-service training sessions. Required Qualifications
- Valid state, multi-state or compact RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to pass preemployment screening process including fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references
- Ability to answer questions regarding vaccination status (if role requires)
