Job Summary
RN or LPN Weekend Supervisor (Baylor Program) responsible for maintaining and restoring the health of resident patients, acting as the main point of contact between residents and their families, and addressing and preventing concerns. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of patient needs, supporting overall care, performing and documenting observations, and ensuring nursing duties are performed in accordance with the state Nursing Act and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required
- One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred
