Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit, overseeing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Develop and implement care plans to ensure individualized resident care, while conducting regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being. Fulltime day shift from 7a-3p, Monday through Friday only, with weekly pay.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid state RN nursing license

  • Advanced degree or certification
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
  • Ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
