Job Summary
Lead the nursing program as RN Unit Manager in long-term care, supervising subordinate nurses, overseeing QA and utilization review, ensuring physician orders are transmitted, directing delegation of nursing care, conducting regular rounds to assess residents, evaluating care quality, and ensuring proper documentation of treatments. Participate in occurrence investigations, maintain infection control standards, and manage biohazard waste procedures. Requires current RN license and CPR certification, with at least three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience. Demonstrated skill in organizing and planning programs and coordinating with other departments to deliver high-quality resident care.
