Job Summary
Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies while mentoring less experienced nurses on clinical guidance and career development. Review resident records, conduct case reviews, and address inquiries from families to maintain accurate treatment plans and resident safety. Ensure the unit is adequately stocked with medical supplies and advocate for unit interests to upper management. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:00pm with a salary range of $90,000-$100,000 plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care
- At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
