RN Unit Manager

Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit, overseeing and coordinating physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning. Ensure timely incident reporting with follow-up to the Administrator and Director of Nursing, while monitoring compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, participate in facility committees, and assist in developing policies based on identified needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement. Full-time role with daily pay, offering tuition reimbursement and health benefits at a 19-bed Sub-Acute facility.
