Job Summary
Organize, supervise, and evaluate resident care while performing quality improvement activities for the Rehabilitation Unit. Supervise all nursing staff on the Rehab unit, enforce state and federal regulations and guidelines, and participate in nursing management activities and committees. Serve as the on-call nurse in charge on a rotating basis. This leader must enjoy being a resource to the staff they lead and the families they serve at Otterbein Franklin, a CCRC dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and holistic growth of older persons.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved Registered Nursing Program
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 1 year in supervisor or administrative role
Desired Qualifications
- Two years geriatric or long-term care nursing experience preferred
