RN Unit Manager Registered Nurse - SIGN ON Bonus

Conduct systematic nursing rounds to monitor patient progress, assess changing needs, and implement individualized care plans. Directly manage nursing staff on shift by overseeing medication administration, providing constructive feedback, and participating in performance evaluations. Maintain meticulous records according to HIPAA guidelines and ensure all staff adhere strictly to local, state, federal, and facility policies. Partner seamlessly with physicians, families, and the broader care team to ensure holistic recovery and clear discharge education. Requires an active, unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin, with preferred experience in long-term care, inpatient, or palliative environments. Full-time day shift with on-call rotation, $10,000 sign-on bonus, and daily pay available.
