Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit while developing and implementing care plans for individualized resident care. Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, and conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being. This full-time role at Montowese Center for Health & Rehabilitation includes an 8a-4p schedule and a $2500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state RN nursing license

- Advanced degree or certification
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
- Ability to work with both

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
