RN Unit Manager (Monday thru Friday) Position

RN Unit Manager needed for a long-term residence facility, Monday through Friday. Responsible for using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care; assessing signs and symptoms, documenting the plan of care with nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions; performing interventions, revising the plan of care based on evaluation and changes in medical plan of care; applying clinical judgment to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit; and participating in on-call rotation. Requires an active RN license, at least 2 years of Unit Manager experience in long-term care, familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local regulations, long-term care experience, PCC (Point Click Care) knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
