RN UNIT MANAGER LTC, $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Oversee the overall functioning of 50 long-term care beds across SNF houses, managing daily activities and delegating duties to house staff for 24-hour continuity of care. Monitor staff implementation of policies, schedule day-shift coverage, and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Act as a liaison between medical staff and families regarding patient care issues, determine notification needs for physicians and administration, and attend weekly care plan meetings. Provide input for performance evaluations for CNAs and nurses, assign in-service training, and perform supervisory shift coverage as facility needs dictate.
