RN Unit Manager

Oversee daily nursing operations on the assigned unit, supervising staff and ensuring safe, high-quality resident care. Monitor resident conditions, assist with care planning and clinical documentation, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Provide guidance, education, and support to nursing staff while maintaining compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and nursing standards. Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly to promote teamwork and accountability.
