Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility nursing unit, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes. Lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while conducting rounds to address resident and family concerns promptly. Monitor clinical documentation, maintain survey readiness, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for admissions, discharges, and care plan meetings. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to achieve the highest standards of care. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
