Job Summary
RN Unit Manager supervising staff and patient care on the AM shift at Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring patients, implementing treatments, developing patient care plans, administering medications, and following up with families to ensure high-quality care in compliance with federal/state regulations. Requires an active California RN license and 1-3 years of Nursing Supervisor experience in a post-acute/skilled nursing facility, LTC, or hospital; strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California
- 1-3 years of Nursing Supervisor experience in a post-acute / skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital preferred
- Effective communication, excellent customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills
