Job Summary
Conduct physical examinations, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans for patients in nursing homes. Collect and analyze patient data while monitoring outcomes, then document and report all information accurately. Educate patients and families on health conditions and wellness, and collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients. Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff while participating in quality improvement activities. Requires a valid RN license, BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- A valid RN license in the state of employment
- A BLS certification
- other relevant certifications as required by the specialty or facility
